We provide you with an easy-to-use end-to-end encryption service to encrypt your files. All your data is encrypted with a unique key encrypted using your password. No one, including our development team, has access to your private key. Only you can use your password to unlock the private key and decrypt your data.
Yes and no. We provide cloud storage you can use to store encrypted files, and our encryption layer keeps those files unreadable to storage providers.
When you select our Virtual Drive as a storage provider, we create a partition encrypted with your private key. Once you log in with the correct credentials, only you can decrypt that partition.
Storage depends on your account tier. Please refer to our pricing guide.
For the Virtual Drive, the maximum file size is 4GB. If you need to store larger files, please contact our support team.
We offer API access. Please contact our support team for details.
We use zero-trust encryption to protect your files. When you upload a file, it is encrypted before transfer. TLS protects the connection, and the file is encrypted again before it is stored in your assigned encrypted partition. When you sign out, your partition is locked.
We use an array of private keys to encrypt your content. A key is assigned to each device you use to log in to your account. Your private key array is generated when you create your account and is encrypted with your password.
We do not store user passwords or recovery keys. If you lose or forget your password, you can use your recovery key to decrypt your data and reset the password.
You can request deletion of your data. The request will be processed immediately, and your data will be removed in this order: account metadata, key array, encrypted partition with all files, then files stored with third-party cloud providers.
When you share a file, a copy is encrypted on your device using the password you provide. When the recipient opens the file, decryption also happens on the device.
You can, it depends on how you use our service and how good you are with your OPSEC. Read more on OPSEC guide.
We do not collect personally identifiable data. However, to provide a robust and secure service, we have to collect some basic metadata like your IP address, geo-location, and agent info.
We use these data to prevent DDOS attacks and malicious threat actors. Unless there is a court order to provide this data, we do not cooperate or share with any government or non-government bodies.
If you are using a free subscription it will be limited to one user account since your email is linked to your account. Hence one account per email.
Currently, we support AWS S3, Google Drive, Mega, Dropbox, and OneDrive. Our development team is adding support for additional cloud storage services.
We do offer customised storage services to our clients. Please get in touch with us to discuss your unique requirements.
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our business. Once you create a contract with our service a dedicated data partition will be created for you and only after the contract has expired your data partition will be deleted from our servers.
We accept both cryptocurrency and fiat currency.
